Although empathy has been found to be one of the most important leadership skills for success only 40% possess this capacity.

Cognitive empathy is the capacity to understand what another person is experiencing from within their frame of reference, that is, the capacity to place oneself in another’s position (Bellet and Maloney 1991).

Using the Connection Practice® you will become proficient in understanding the feelings and needs of others and gain insight into individualized behavioral changes you can make to become a more effective leader.

Schedule:

There are a total of two sessions. The first session is two hours long and the second is one hour long. Additionally, you will be given instructions for completing approximately 45 minutes of pre-work.
