How does it Work?

The Innovation Explosion is a step-by-step process proven to increase participants’ creativity levels. Participants deliver better ideas, faster, easier and implement them with greater success. They are able to repeat these results in new situations.

Teams doing the workshop develop successful innovation processes. Coached learn to teach their clients and improve their ability to structure their own creativity and innovation coaching.

How Certification Works?

2. If you are admitted choose between one-off payment and three-pay

3. Go to our Teachable platform and open the Creativity and Innovation Coach course and follow the instructions!

4. From there you will gain access to the Innovation Explosion 8 week online video course and a draft copy of Michael’s upcoming book INNOTIVITY: A Mind Makeover Manual.

5. After you have completed the Innovation Explosion training and Coach Training, you will attend a 4 session group training of 3 hours each that will review and expand on the content of the video trainings. These will begin in Feb 2021 (enough time for you to finish your self-work).

6. After the training, you will coach two clients for two sessions minimum (for free). You can also take them through the whole Innovation Explosion process if you wish. If they purchase the video course, you will get a commission and thus an immediate profit. In fact you can pay back your entire fee for this training by selling only five clients the course. You can then coach them from there more effectively as well.

7. You then write a brief summary of your experience and learnings and a survey and submit these. Your client must also submit a survey confirming their happiness with your results.

8. You will then receive your Certification.

9. BONUS: In addition to your Certification, you will also get a one-year license to use the Innotivity Institute training if you wish, including a listing on our website as a certified coach. The value of this is $300. You will get it for free.
