Exclusively for Leadership Journey I graduates, Leadership Journey II™ is a coaching program focused on the application of concepts from Journey I and the development of comprehensive individual action plans.

Using your assessment results from Leadership Journey I, this next step leverages your professional aspirations in order to create clear vision, mission, and goals to move beyond the obstacles that stand in the way of your success.

Completing a 363 feedback assessment, plus new instruments and two private coaching sessions, you will develop a comprehensive individual action plan that targets areas most impactful for you.

Journey II – Moving Beyond The Barriers focuses on the application of leadership business concepts, additional skill development, and organizational strategies. New concepts are discussed, tested and applied, with barriers minimized, if not eliminated.

 

This program develops your leadership skills and behaviors in the areas of:

– Vision, Alignment, and Execution

– Managing CHANGE to support goals

– Developing TRUST

– INFLUENCE positively and with authority

– COACHING techniques

– Time MASTERY
