Description:
“Mastering Your 7 Leadership Power Generators…” shows leaders, managers, executives and enterprise owners and operators how to apply, align and amplify their social energies and empower critical leadership activities. In fact, ample evidence proves the point that leaders who take energizing actions such as: envisioning and planning, agenda-setting and making strategy selections, adopting styles and playing roles, communicating messages and deciphering deeper meanings, or even leaders who diligently employ a few essential leadership tactics will eventually reap richer rewards from their labors than leaders who try to manage the actions of their people.
This 10-week course (featuring 10-weekly modules) is designed using processes of the Action Learning research-based Model [1] to delegate, designate and schedule specific activity-driven Component Types. The Action Learning Model suggests we use those Component Types to help us examine, explain, and explore how any power generator gives your leadership performances competent, competitive advantages – we employ this Model to ensure you learn how to think bigger, act bolder, perform better and shape game-changing breakthroughs.
You’ll experience why applying an abundant portfolio of social energies empowers you to:
1. Cultivate, nurture and strengthen the cultural beliefs you need to elegantly execute-on your business strategy,
2. Boost the efficacy of your leadership power as you manage a complex of challenging organizational contexts,
3. See evolutionary outcomes and healthier growth emerging through your clearly focused actions,
4. Produce greater prosperity and wealthier results for your personnel, peers and partners,
5. Fully-charge your power generators to energize, inspire and improve creativity .
