Pain free Yoga is a mix of Hatha Yoga: Classical yoga poses+ Energy systems: Reflexology, Qi Gong, Do In, and Acupressure + Therapeutic systems: Oki Yoga There is an emphasis of awareness of oneself through the language of yoga. Each class to the specific needs of the students on any given day.

No complicated contracts or hidden fees – $120 Every Month for Unlimited 60mins sessions per week. You will be charged every month, unless cancelled.

Schedule:

Day Of Week Class : Wednesday, Thursday at 1pm PST

Once paid you will receive an email confirmation. The link to the live class will be sent to you at least 15 minutes before class.
