Personalized Guidance from Mindfulness Coach, Author, and Speaker – Brett Hill
Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress, help depression, decrease anxiety, improve happiness, and overall well-being. Unlike impersonal “one size fits all” programs consisting of pre-recorded lessons, and canned exercises, you’ll receive a personalized program designed specifically for you. The program includes an analysis of your strengths, areas to work on, and a mindfulness roadmap along with practices to help you create deeper, more satisfying connections and conversations with more people.
Meditation is helpful but not required
A mindfulness meditation practice is included and recommended, but not required. If meditation doesn’t work for you, no problem. I have techniques that work just as well, maybe better!
Trauma-Informed
A responsible mindfulness coach needs to be trauma-informed. Mindfulness meditation can cause some people to trigger a trauma response. I’ve been trained by specialists in trauma on how to recognize and mitigate trauma when it surfaces. While this coaching is effective with many people who have trauma, it is not designed to treat trauma and should not be engaged with that intent.
What to Expect
You can expect to feel heard, and seen in a deep way. You’ll receive a personalized program to work with that includes specialized techniques selected specifically for you. In addition, there is guidance to help you start or deepen your mindfulness practice. We’ll also assess your communication style and how you can have better relationships by engaging mindfully with others. Prepare to be surprised as many suggestions are uncommon and powerful.
How many sessions are needed?
You will benefit from one, yet there will be questions and issues that arise if you apply what is given. Additional sessions can be booked to help or you can obtain a substantial discount by booking 4 sessions. A free introductory is available to ensure we’re a good fit
